Here we go Whole30 take 2 starts Tuesday

Happy Mother's Day to you all I hope you enjoyed it.
Today after a night of waking I will be working to finish my Mother's Day treats and eats and prepping myself and my food for Whole30 number 2 of the year.
For those of you who don't know about Whole30 put simply it is a body and diet reset, aimed at identifying what your body. An and can't tolerate. Simply summarised meat, vegetables and fruit are allowed with healthy fats and some nuts anything else is out.

I am really excited to see the outcomes of the Whole30 and take on planning my meals from then on around what my body can and can't process. I am also excited to see if I can make it into double digits for the first time in over 2 years, I was at 100kg when I became pregnant and it was a happy, healthy pregnancy and natural birth.
I am also hoping to increase my libido and fertility leading to bubba number 2 in a fit and able body. A lower BMI at pre-pregnancy would allow me to have the possibility of a water birth. Yes BMI is an inaccurate and outdated measure of health but it is what the hospital use.

In addition to cleaneating in this Whole30 I am working at increasing my activity, I am including walking and strength training into my weekly planning.

So there you go that is the plan of attack and outcomes I am aiming for. Bring in 4 weeks of super clean eating for a life as One Healthy Mumma!!
